AW DEI Consulting Inc. is a queer-owned and operated small business spearheaded by me, Adrian Williams, M.S. (he/him). Having started my career in higher education, I’ve witnessed and experienced firsthand the detrimental effects of toxic work environments, fueling my dedication to tackling systemic inequities and seeking impactful solutions. AW DEI Consulting Inc. was born out of my passion for driving social change.

My mission and vision revolve around empowering organizations through comprehensive training and expert consultation, equipping them with knowledge and practical applications to foster diverse, equitable, inclusive, person-centered, and psychologically safe workplaces.
